Four Steps to Complete Your Purchase

 

To make a purchase using the Shelford Parents' Association website just follow these four simple steps:

Step One - Sign in or Register

If you are a new customer you must register and create an account before you can make a purchase. Click here to register an account now.

Once registered you will need to log in using the email address and password established in the registration process before you can begin ordering.

If you are already registered, just sign in to your account before you place your order.

Step Two - Create an Order

You will need to place a separate order for each child.

You may also download a copy of the stationery list by clicking the relevant year level in the left column or the link at the top of the page once you are in Step 2. This may be handy to use as a checklist.

JDC to Year 6

If your child is in years Prep through Year 6 you will see the entire stationery list displayed on the page for the year you selected.

You can click the checkbox next to "Item" in the header to automatically select all items. Alternatively click inside the checkbox next to the item name to select individual items.

Note: You can change the quantity of any item at the checkout.

When ready, click the "Proceed to Step Three" button.

Year 7 to Year 12

If your child is in Years 7 to 12 you will firstly see the list of subjects on the page for the year you selected.

You can click the checkbox next to "Subjects" in the header to automatically select all subjects. Alternatively click inside the checkbox next to each subject you wish to order items for. Press the "Continue" button to proceed.

The next page will list the stationery items for each subject you have selected. You can click the checkbox next to "Item" in the header to automatically select all items. Alternatively click inside the checkbox next to the item name to select individual items.

Note: You can change the quantity of any item at the checkout.

When ready, click the "Proceed to Step Three" button.

Step Three - Update and Checkout

At Step 3 you have an opportunity to check the details of your order and adjust the quantities of any items you want to change.

Item quantities will be defaulted to the required amount per the stationery list for each year level.

To change the quantity for an item enter the required amount in the box in the quantity column and press the "Update" button at the bottom of the page.

Note: You can make multiple changes and press the Update button once all your amendments have been entered.

To remove an item from your order simply enter a zero ("0") in the quantity box next to the relevant item and press the "Update" button at the bottom of the page.

When you are satisfied your order is complete click the button to select your preferred payment method to proceed to Step Four.

Note: You will not be able to make further changes once you proceed to Step 4.

Step Four - Pay and Complete

If you selected the Cheque/Money Order option, post your payment, along with a copy of your stationery order, to the address shown on the payment page.

Please note, your order will be processed once your payment has been received and cleared.

If you selected the PayPal option, you will be sent to the PayPal website to complete your payment.

If you have a PayPal account, login to your account and choose your preferred payment option.

If you do not have a PayPal account click the "Pay with a debit or credit card" link and make payment with your VISA or MasterCard.

You can view the details of your order at any time by logging in to Your Account.
